Rod McInnis

Rod McInnis is an experienced marketing and e-commerce strategist with a proven track record in driving growth and profitability across various organizations. As the Head of Digital at Altwork since February 2023, Rod has developed and executed digital marketing strategies based on in-depth customer research. In January 2022, Rod founded WVend LLC, focusing on helping businesses launch and scale e-commerce operations. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Marketing and Technology at Vapor4Life, where Rod quintupled sales and turned around the company, and various leadership positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, where Rod managed substantial P&L responsibilities and spearheaded innovative initiatives in online retailing and connected solutions. Rod holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Operations Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
