Evelyne Bosteels has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Evelyne'smost recent role was as the Head of Design Operations, UX & Design, Digital & Data at Belfius, where they started in December 2019. Prior to this, they owned their own company called Boverma starting from November 2016.

From March 2008 to December 2019, Evelyne worked at Lexus Europe, where they held the position of Digital Transformation Lead. In this role, they led the pan-European digital transformation activities for Lexus, collaborating with internal and external agencies to ensure consistency in UX and design across platforms and publications. Evelyne also conducted customer analysis and implemented governance processes to maintain digital standards and achieve an omni-channel brand experience.

Before joining Lexus Europe, Evelyne worked at Toyota Motor Europe from February 1998 to March 2002 as a MotorSports Marketing Planner, and from September 1996 to February 1998 as an Events Planner. Evelyne also had a brief role as a Planner in the Europe Division at Toyota Motor Corporation from January 1996 to July 1996.

Evelyne Bosteels started their education in 1986 at Vita et Pax College, where they pursued a degree in Latijn-Grieks for the duration of five years until 1991. Following this, they attended KU Leuven for four years from 1991 to 1995, where they achieved an Honours degree in Japanologie. Evelyne then proceeded to ICHEC for one year, from 1995 to 1996, to acquire a Masters Degree in Intercultural Management, focusing on International and Intercultural Communication. In May 2021, they obtained a certification in Behavioral Economics from Irrational Labs.
