Project Management Officer at Alty

Milana Leidenius has a diverse work experience across various industries. Milana is currently working at Alty as the Head of Project Management Department, where they have also held the role of Product Owner. In this position, Milana has conducted products for major banks in Europe and Asia, leading to the company becoming a competitive market leader. Milana has successfully managed turnkey projects, with one project winning the Red Dot Awards 2020 and continuing to thrive in the market.

Prior to Alty, Milana worked at SOLAR Digital as a Project Manager, managing multiple web app projects simultaneously with a team of over 20 people. Milana has also worked at LanternApps as a Project Manager, leading a mobile game project utilizing EOS blockchain and Apple technology stacks.

In 2015, Milana founded the marriage agency Bonmarriage, where they organized the structure and workflow, implemented marketing and HR strategies, and managed accounting and tax documentation. Milana has also worked as a Crew Manager at Marlow Navigation Ukraine, overseeing and coordinating seamen, as well as maintaining communication with shipowner representatives. Additionally, they have worked as a Manager of Logistics at SouthEnergyTrade, where they focused on maintaining and developing business relations with customers and carriers, as well as coordinating road transportation and optimizing traffic routes.

Milana Leidenius obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the Odesa National Maritime Academy. Milana attended the academy from 2012 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Milana has also obtained various certifications. In 2017, they completed the "Deeply Practical Project Management" course from Udemy. In 2019, they obtained the "Product Ownership Simulator" certification from GoPractice, Inc. In 2020, Milana received the "The Future of Payment Technologies" certification from the University of Michigan. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the "Product Analytics Camp" program offered by the Projector Institute.
