Cole Allen

Cole Allen has extensive experience in business development and strategy within the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Director of Business Development & Strategy at Aludyne since September 2021, Cole previously held roles as Senior Manager of Sales and Senior Business Development Manager at Shiloh Industries, focusing on asset utilization and revenue growth for the casting business unit. Prior experience includes managing customer relationships as Customer Group Manager at Nemak, where Cole successfully developed strategies to engage new international customers, particularly in EV and vehicle structures. Cole's career began as a Sales Account Manager at Ryobi Die Casting and as a Business and Marketing Intelligence Analyst at Shiloh Industries. Cole holds a BA in Communication from Michigan State University and is pursuing an MBA at Walsh College.
