Jadwiga Szałaśna

Jadwiga Szałaśna has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jadwiga started their career at Pers sp. z o.o. in 1996 as a Główny księgowy and worked there until 2006. In 2007, they joined Shiloh Industries as a Kontroler finansowy and later became the Operations Controller Europe (Financial Group Controller EU) from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Aludyne as a Plant Controller & Regional Controller EU from April 2021 to April 2022, then became the Regional Operations Controller EU from April 2022 to December 2023. Finally, they took on the role of Director of Finance from December 2023 to the present.

Jadwiga Szałaśna obtained a Magister (Mgr) degree in Marketing from the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. Jadwiga also pursued another Magister (Mgr) degree in Księgowość from the same university, studying from 2004 to 2005.
