Matt Sandstrom

Matt Sandstrom possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. At Alumacraft Boat Co. since February 2013, Matt Sandstrom has held various titles including Production Manager, Senior Process Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on production organization, work instruction creation, and the implementation of Kanban systems. Prior to this, Matt Sandstrom gained valuable experience at Cargill as a Seasonal Maintenance/Fabrication employee, contributing to preventative maintenance scheduling, the structuring of the 5S program, and the design of safety guards. Matt Sandstrom holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completed in 2013.
