Paul Simpson, MBA has extensive experience in various leadership roles and advisory positions. Paul is the Co-founder and Managing Member of Space Technology Holdings, where they focus on commercializing and bringing to market IP derived from both government and private space research. At AlumaPower Corporation, they served as the Co-Founder, Board Director, and Vice President of Recruitment. Additionally, they have worked as a Strategic Adviser and Business Mentor at Roadmap Consultants and as a Mentor and Executive Member in Residence at the University of North Texas. Paul Simpson has also held positions as an Instructor at CEOSpace, a Strategic Advisor at Optimum Technologies LLC, and a Partner/Managing Director at Hickey Freihofner Capital. Furthermore, they have founded and served as a Business Mentor at Active Mentoring and was the Founder and CEO of ActionCOACH UK. Prior to these roles, Paul Simpson was the Business Manager for UK and Ireland at Altran.

Paul Simpson, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Managing Complexity and Change, which they obtained from the University of Leicester in the years 1997 to 1999. Paul also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Eng) in the field of Manufacturing Systems Engineering, which they earned from the University of the West of England between 1987 and 1991.
