Tim Hogben

Tim Hogben is an experienced project and general manager with a strong background in manufacturing and operational leadership. Currently serving as Project Manager and General Manager at Alumasc Water Management Solutions since April 2019, previous roles include Plant General Manager at DSSmith Foam Products, where Tim managed full P&L for a foam injection moulding facility supplying Tier 1 automotive and medical sectors. Additional experience encompasses Technical Projects Director at DSSmith, overseeing the closure and relocation of plastics food packaging operations, and Site Director at DSSmith Rapak, managing a £12 million turnover for liquid packaging production. Tim's career began as Site Manager at Hunter Plastics and includes project management for a £2.2 million investment program at Caradon. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing Management, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering.
