Gev Shemer

Gev Shemer is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in supply chain management and production processes. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Purchasing Department Team Leader at Alumeshet since March 2018, Gev oversees a team of buyers and manages negotiations with suppliers globally. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Mgold Group, where management of the production chain and cross-group projects was key, and as Plant Manager at HeidelbergCement, directing manufacturing operations. Gev's earlier roles also include Deputy Director and Project Manager at GEODA, focusing on construction planning and project management. Gev holds an MBA from Peres Academic Center and a BSc in Engineering/Industrial Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
