Ravid Eliyahu

Ravid Eliyahu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Alumeshet since May 2024, Ravid is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, employee support, training development, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior roles include Recruitment Manager at STARIT and Technical Recruiter Team Lead & Account Manager at Experis Israel, where Ravid managed comprehensive recruitment processes for various positions. Ravid's background also features a tenure as a Career Coach at Atidim Alumni Association, assisting students across academic institutions, and as an HR Recruiting Specialist at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries. Ravid holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and labor studies from Tel Aviv University.
