Karen Pellett

Karen (Chau) Pellett is an accomplished leader in program and portfolio management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Program & Portfolio Management at Alumis since April 2022, Karen previously held various leadership roles at Genentech from December 2010 to April 2022, including Director of CMC Project Management, where responsibilities included overseeing small molecule project managers and co-chairing the People of Color Steering Committee. Prior to Genentech, Karen worked at Pfizer Inc from January 2002 to December 2010, progressing from Analytical Chemist to Manager of Global Manufacturing Services. Karen holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Chemistry from Amherst College.
