Christopher Browne

Christopher Browne currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Alumni Ventures since January 2023 and has held the position of Arbitrator at FINRA since April 2020. Previously, Christopher served as Chief Legal Officer at Trellis Software, Inc. from June 2019 to January 2023 and as Deputy General Counsel at Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk, LLC from June 2014 to January 2023. Christopher Browne earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Northeastern University School of Law, completing studies from August 2004 to May 2007.
