Joy Chen currently serves as the VP of Product Management & Growth at Beyond Identity and as VP of Growth at Alumni Ventures. Previously, Joy held the position of Head of Growth at GlossGenius, leading significant product-led growth initiatives that doubled business revenue annually. At Udemy, Joy was instrumental in scaling the business from $8 million to $100 million ARR while managing growth strategy and revenue analytics. Additional experience includes roles at Levi Strauss & Co. and Fidelity Investments, with a strong background in investment research and analytics. Joy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Government with a minor in Economics from Dartmouth College.
