Thomas Patterson

Thomas Patterson serves as the Managing Director for Global Healthcare, overseeing healthcare executive search and leadership services in the UK and Canada since October 2020 at Alumni. Previously held the position of Deputy Managing Director, focusing on global client engagement, and served as Director for Healthcare and Academia, specializing in executive search for key healthcare and academic appointments. Prior experience at Harvey Nash Group includes serving as Director of the Global Healthcare Practice and Head of Healthcare Research, with roles encompassing board-level executive searches and leadership in research initiatives. Thomas began their career at kmc International, contributing to search programs at the Chief Executive/Chair level, and holds a BA in Economics & Philosophy from Keele University.
