Fraser Pullin

Fraser Pullin is a civil engineering professional with extensive experience in the highways sector. Currently serving as the SWTRA Pre-Construction Manager and Project Engineer at Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd since February 2016, Fraser was previously seconded to FCC Roadbridge for the Circuit of Wales Scheme. Prior to this role, Fraser worked at Jacobs from August 2013 to February 2016 as a Principal Engineer, leading the Highways Team for the A465 Section 5 & 6 Key Stage 3 and serving as NEC Project Manager on M4 J32 and J33 Highway Schemes. Fraser's earlier career includes positions as Senior Engineer at Capita Property and Infrastructure, Engineer at Jacobs, AECOM, and WSP Global, and Assistant Engineer at Powys County Council. Fraser obtained a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth between 1995 and 1998.
