Kristin Bjerke

Kristin Bjerke is an experienced professional in project management and leadership within IT, software, and digitalization projects. As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Alv AS since June 2019, Kristin has focused on delivering high-performance consulting and meeting customer needs. Additionally, Kristin serves as a Board Member at Alv B AS and has previous experience as a Project Manager at Sopra Steria, overseeing digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Kristin held significant roles at Siemens, including Head of Tools and Project Manager of R&D Software Development Projects, where responsibilities included managing multinational teams and budgets. Kristin's early work at ABB and Trondheim Energy contributed to a strong foundation in electrical engineering and project management. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Electric Power Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and is currently undertaking further education at the Norwegian School of Economics.
