Shahab Sayardoust

Shahab Sayardoust is a seasoned professional in business psychology, currently serving as the Managing Partner, Advisor, and Licensed Psychologist at Omino Business Psychology Advisors since July 2014, where expertise is leveraged to support leaders and management teams in making informed decisions for sustainable development. Additionally, Shahab is an Angel Investor in multiple ventures including Liked, a personal CRM system, and Teemyco, an online office platform, while also co-founding Alva Labs, which aims to enhance the recruitment process. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Consultant at Cohr Group and a Consultant at On the Mind. Shahab holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Umeå University and has pursued various educational programs focused on business and management.
