Brooke Kahly

Brooke Kahly, LCSW, is an experienced mental health professional with a robust background in clinical operations and program management. Currently serving as the Program Director at Alvarado Parkway Institute Behavioral Health System since March 2022, Brooke previously held the position of Clinical Director at Telecare Corporation, overseeing day-to-day clinical activities and collaborating with justice partners. Brooke has demonstrated expertise in various roles, including Licensed Team Lead, Clinical Therapist, and Licensed Mental Health Clinician, focusing on evidence-based practices and crisis management. With a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Carthage College, Brooke has cultivated a strong foundation in mental health services, including work with incarcerated veterans and juvenile justice initiatives.
