Jeff Swerdlow

Jeff Swerdlow is a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a position held since November 2017, specializing in various aspects of executive compensation and compliance, including Code section 409A consulting, incentive compensation plan design, and litigation support. Prior to this role, Jeff served in several capacities at Compensation & Benefit Solutions from March 2011 to October 2017, starting as an Associate and advancing to Senior Director. Earlier experiences include roles as a Research Assistant at Stetson University College of Law, a Legal Intern with the Tampa Bay Lightning, and an LSAT Instructor with Kaplan Test Prep.
