Kumanan Ramanathan

Kumanan Ramanathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in turnaround and restructuring. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal since August 2014, Kumanan has a notable background at KPMG from October 2009 to July 2014, where key accomplishments included creating the first global blockchain assurance/advisory team. Prior to this, Kumanan held various roles at KPMG, including Manager and Senior Consultant in Turnaround & Restructuring, as well as an Associate focusing on mining, energy, and financial institutions audit. Kumanan is also the Founder of Unity Auto Shipping, which facilitates vehicle purchases for Canadians from the United States. Educationally, Kumanan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a designated CPA, CA since 2012, granted by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
