Lia Beauvais

Lia Beauvais is the Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal. Lia has over fifteen years of experience in administration and finance. Prior to their current position, Lia was the Vice President of Administration and Finance at Kearns & West from March 2002 to May 2008.

Lia is a skilled financial analyst and manager. Lia has a proven track record in improving cash flow, reducing costs, and streamlining invoicing and payroll processes. Lia is also experienced in developing information technology infrastructure and creating Human Resources functions.

At Kearns & West, Lia was responsible for the financial planning, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the company's administration, finance, HR, and technology operations. Lia was also instrumental in creating competitive benefit packages and professional development programs.

Under Lia's leadership, the company developed an effective IT infrastructure linking its offices in Washington, DC, San Francisco, California and Portland, Oregon. Lia also mentored and developed staff, assigned responsibilities, set objectives, established priorities, and monitored and evaluated results.
