Marcy Wang

Marcy Wang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership, talent development, and technology enablement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Practice Operations at Alvarez & Marsal since March 2024, Marcy previously held the role of Organizational Efficiency & Effectiveness Leader at multiple organizations from August 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that, Marcy was Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP from January 2014 to March 2023, overseeing employee engagement and effectiveness programs. At Duff & Phelps, Marcy worked as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations, contributing to strategic planning and operational support. Marcy's career began at KPMG, where significant contributions included establishing Change Management functions and leading global technology initiatives. Marcy holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College.
