David Chameli

David Chameli is a dynamic and accomplished executive attorney with over two decades of experience in the logistics, environmental, and consumer products industries. David has held leadership roles such as EVP and General Counsel at Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc., where they oversaw significant initiatives including a $1.2 billion private equity buyout, and played a pivotal role in the IPO process at SIRVA, Inc. Currently, David serves as a legal advisor and board member for several startups, including Four Star Mushrooms and Alvargo, while also being a Managing Partner at Fractus Lex. David is pursuing a J.D. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, and holds a B.A. in History from the University at Buffalo.
