Cathleen Cordova

Cathleen Cordova has extensive experience in revenue operations and sales operations. Cathleen is currently serving as the VP of Revenue Operations at Alvaria, Inc. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Revenue Operations at FTD from November 2022 to December 2023.

Cordova has also worked at WooCommerce as VP of Revenue Operations from November 2021 to November 2022, where they were responsible for designing go-to-market strategies and building the sales team from scratch.

Before joining WooCommerce, Cordova held multiple roles at ADP, including Senior Director of Worldwide Commercial Operations from September 2020 to November 2021, Director of Sales Operations for ADP Marketplace from November 2018 to September 2020, Manager of Sales Operations from December 2016 to November 2018, and Sales Operations - Marketing Analyst from March 2015 to December 2016.

Cathleen'searlier experience includes working as a Small Business Services District Manager at ADP from May 2009 to February 2015, where they were successful in selling payroll solutions and received recognition as a President's Club Qualifier. Throughout their career, Cordova has shown a strong focus on strategy execution, growth initiatives, and enabling sales teams through the development of tools, processes, and playbooks.

Cathleen Cordova obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, completing their degree between 2005 and 2009. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution from 2020 to 2023.
