Dan Lyons

Dan Lyons has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Dan is currently the Director of Fund Accounting & Treasury at AlTi Tiedemann Global since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TIG Advisors, LLC as the Director of Treasury Operations starting from January 2020. Dan also served as Vice President of Hedge Fund Accounting and Senior Fund Accountant at the same company from June 2018 to the present. Before TIG Advisors, LLC, they were employed at Visium Asset Management as a Senior Fund Accountant from January 2016 to August 2016, and as a Fund Accountant from June 2013 to December 2015. Dan started their financial career as a Fund Accountant at Citi Hedge Fund Services from November 2011 to June 2013. Additionally, they have prior experience as an Accounting Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from June 2010 to January 2011 and as an Investment Banking Intern at Gold Asset Management Inc from December 2008 to August 2009.

Dan Lyons earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from George Mason University from 2009 to 2011. Their education started at The College of New Jersey from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued Finance, General Education, although no degree was specified. In 2019, Lyons obtained a certification as a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals.
