Raju Zain McIpp

Raju Zain MCIPP has extensive work experience in payroll and pensions management. Raju is currently serving as the Vice President of Payroll and Pensions at AlTi Tiedemann Global, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Director of Payroll and Pensions at Alvarium from December 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they held the position of Payroll and Benefits Manager at Capgemini Engineering from April 2017 to December 2021, at Information Risk Management (IRM) from August 2019 to November 2021, and at Altran from April 2017 to November 2021. Raju's earlier roles include working as a Payroll and Pensions Officer at Imperial War Museums from June 2015 to April 2017, and as a Senior Pensions Payroll Administrator at JLT Employee Benefits from April 2013 to June 2015. Raju started their career as a Deputy Manager and Payroll Assistant at Palatial Leisure Limited, where they worked from November 2010 to March 2013.

Raju Zain MCIPP has a comprehensive educational background in the field of payroll. Raju obtained a Full Member (MCIPP) certification from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) in November 2021. Prior to that, Raju earned multiple certifications and diplomas related to payroll. In December 2012, Raju attained the Payroll Agent (Certified) certification and the Payroll Management Diploma (PM Dip) from The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. In August 2016, Raju became an Associate Member (ACIPP) of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), and in August 2012, Raju obtained the Associate Member (AICB) certification from The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers.
