Andrea Skyberg

Andrea Skyberg is an accomplished art educator, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Program Director for Art Education at Alverno College and a Visual Art Teacher in the Wauwatosa School District. With extensive experience as an author, illustrator, and educator, Andrea has presented award-winning children's books and engaged with over 15,000 K-12 students. Additionally, Andrea has led diverse large-scale art projects as an Artist in Residence across Wisconsin schools, and has held teaching positions at Catholic Memorial High School and St. John The Evangelist. Prior experience includes managing and curating the Union Art Gallery at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Andrea holds multiple degrees in art and creative writing, including a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Arts from Mount Mary University.
