Robert Venable

Robert Venable is a trustee at Alverno College. Robert was previously the president of Charter Steel from July 2013 to January 2017. Robert was also the managing director of Robert W. Baird & Co. from January 1996 to April 2013, where they had P&L responsibility for a $130 million equities business and co-headed a $300 million capital markets business. Robert has also served as the finance and operations executive of Lamaze Publishing Company from January 1989 to December 1991 and as a financial analyst of M&M Mars from January 1988 to December 1989.

Robert Venable has an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Robert is also certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute.
