Harshad Patel

Harshad (Hash) Patel currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technical Officer at Alveron Pharma since April 2020. Previously, Harshad held multiple leadership roles at Mundipharma International Limited from January 2014 to March 2020, including Interim Director of Technical Development and Director of Product Development. Prior to that, Harshad was a Partner and Project Leader at Argenta Discovery and Pulmagen Therapeutics LLP, overseeing respiratory development programs. Additional experience includes positions at Sosei R&D Ltd, Avecia Biotechnology, and Lonza Biologics, focusing on various aspects of API process research, development, and clinical project management. Harshad holds a PhD and MSc in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, as well as a BEng in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
