Nadir Ghrous has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nadir co-founded Alvie in 2019 and currently holds the position of Co-founder. In 2020, they joined Time for the Planet as an Associate. Prior to that, they co-founded Krake in 2018. From 2017 to 2018, Nadir served as the Chief Operating Officer at nam.R, a leading producer of geolocated data in France. Before that, they worked at PMP - Performance Management Partners as a Strategy and Management Manager, where they managed a team and focused on various industries such as Telco, Energy, and Media Advertising. Nadir also worked as a Consultant Intern at Beijaflore in the field of Innovation Telecom and Media, and as a Summer Intern at Gemalto.
Nadir Ghrous has a diverse education background. Nadir first attended Lycée Pierre de Fermat from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Mathematics and Physics. Nadir then pursued higher education at Télecom Paris from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering. During this time, their field of study included Computing science, Applied mathematics, Economics, and Databases.
In 2011, Nadir enrolled at KTH Royal Institute of Technology for a Master of Science (MSc) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, which they completed in 2012. Their coursework at KTH focused on industrial marketing, developing a venture, and neural networks.
Following their master's degree, Nadir attended Pierre and Marie Curie University from 2012 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Fundamental and applied mathematics.
In 2014, Nadir pursued an Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt at CentraleSupélec, specializing in change management.
Additionally, in November 2014, Nadir obtained a certification in "An Introduction to Financial Accounting" with a mark of 84/100 from Coursera Verified Certificates.
