Steve is a sixth generation Butz family builder. As Project Manager, he develops milestone schedules and phasing plans in preconstruction. During construction he manages field operations, directs the work of specialty contractors, and monitors budgets. Steve graduated from Penn State with a B.A.E., Construction Option. In 2016, he received the Construction Management and Development Award for Innovation in Integration by the American Society of Civil Engineering Student Design Competition.
