Resma Byrne

Resma Byrne currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Alvord Unified School District, a position held since January 2022. In addition, Byrne is an Adjunct Professor at Cal Poly Pomona, contributing to academic instruction since January 2015. Previously, Byrne worked at Walnut Valley Unified School District from August 2014 to January 2022, where roles included Director of Educational Projects and Assessments as well as Principal. Resma Byrne earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from California State University, Fullerton.
