Barry Crowley

Barry Crowley has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Barry is currently working as a Principal Scientist at Alvotech, starting in November 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Associate Scientist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from March 2018 to November 2020. Before that, they worked at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. as a Cell Culture Biotechnician - Shift Lead from June 2015 to May 2017. Barry began their career at Pfizer in October 2006, where they worked as a Production Technician until June 2015. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their expertise in various operational activities, documentation, coordinating and delegating daily activities, troubleshooting production delays, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and good manufacturing practices.

Barry Crowley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they attended the University of Galway, focusing on Biomedical/Medical Engineering, although no degree was specified.
