Amber O'Connor

Amber O'Connor has extensive work experience in the finance and accounting sector. Amber started their career at Dole Berry Company in 2007 as the Manager of Business Operations and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at DOLE Fresh Vegetables as the Director of Finance, and then as the Sr Director of NA Ag Accounting from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Fresh Express as the Assistant Corporate Controller and later became the Corporate Controller until 2018. Since 2018, Amber has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Always Fresh Farms.

Amber O'Connor completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance at Florida Southern College from 1997 to 1999. Amber then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting at the same institution from 2000 to 2003.
