Steven Ball

Steven Ball has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Steven is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of AlwaysGeeky Games, where they are focused on developing Web 3.0 and integrated Blockchain gaming to provide true player ownership and empowerment. Prior to this, Steven worked at Ubisoft for ten years, starting as a Senior Online Programmer and eventually becoming the Team Lead in the Technology Group Online. During their time at Ubisoft, they played a key role in creating scalable and highly available online services for various Ubisoft games and productions across multiple platforms. Before Ubisoft, Steven worked at Electronic Arts as a Software Engineer, Frontend Programmer, and Gameplay Programmer, gaining valuable experience in game development.

Steven Ball completed a BSc in Computer Science at Loughborough University from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued an MSc in Games Programming at the University of Hull from 2005 to 2006.
