Paola Dongo López de Castilla

Paola Dongo López de Castilla serves as CEO and co-founder of AlwaysOn I Agencia Estratégica Creativa, a comprehensive digital agency focused on digital strategy, content development, creativity, and inbound marketing since April 2015. Additionally, Paola is an instructor for the Social Media Marketing course in the Master's program at ESAN Graduate School of Business since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing and Communications Manager for Digital Commerce (DICOM) and OferTOP.pe within Grupo El Comercio, where marketing and communications strategies were developed. Early career roles include Director of Communications at CONTENIDOS and General Editor at Grupo Editorial ÉKONOS. Paola holds master's degrees in Marketing from Universidad ESAN and ESIC Business & Marketing School, as well as a bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Notably, Paola is a co-creator and co-founder of OferTOP.
