Jan R.

Jan R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Jan began their career at Datart International a.s. in 2003, where they worked as a Sales Support providing customer and technical assistance.

In 2005, Jan joined ASBIS CZ, spol. s.r.o. as a Sales Representative, responsible for sales-related activities.

Jan then worked at K+B Progres a.s. as a Key Account Manager for a brief period in 2007.

Jan joined Alza.cz in 2007 as a Buyer, with responsibilities including supplier communication and inventory control. Jan later became a Business Unit Manager, overseeing the Components and Accessories segment with a turnover of over CZK 1 billion.

In 2015, Jan joined IT TRADE a.s., first as a Brand Manager, managing marketing activities and visual communication for brands, and then as the Head of Import Department, where they managed departments involved in product production and import logistics processes.

In 2017, Jan returned to Alza.cz a.s. as a Business Development Manager, establishing private labels and introducing own products to customers. Jan also took on the role of Intellectual Property Manager, managing and negotiating licenses and agreements for IP rights.

Jan R. attended Střední odborná škola – Strojírenská a elektrotechnická zařízení from 2001 to 2005. Jan studied Mechanical and electrotechnics machines during their time at the school.

In terms of additional certifications, Jan R. obtained the following certifications: Google Analytics pro začátečníky from Google in March 2021, Google Digitální garáže from Google in March 2021, and Asana Ambassador from Asana in February 2021.
