Juraj Matúšek

Juraj Matúšek has a strong work experience in the retail industry, with a focus on sales, purchasing, and product management. Juraj started their career in 2006 at NAY a.s. as an Adviser for Sale and later worked as a Customer Service worker. From 2010 to 2017, they held the role of Product Specialist - Buyer at NAY a.s., where they were responsible for communication and negotiation with international and local suppliers, as well as analyzing stock and implementing marketing campaigns.

In 2017, Juraj joined Alza.cz a.s. as a Senior Product Manager, where they achieved ambitious goals, developed product strategies, and communicated with suppliers on a daily basis. Juraj later became the Category Manager (Business Unit Manager), where they had responsibilities for the telco team, including purchasing, marketing, and strategy. As the Sales & Purchasing Division Director at Alza.cz a.s., they are responsible for managing business activities, building strong customer relationships, and exploring market trends for financial and strategic growth.

Juraj Matúšek obtained their Master's degree in Management from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification from Google's The Digital Garage in April 2017.
