Lucie Bienová has a diverse work experience in IT project management. Lucie started their career as an IT Project Manager at KBC Bank & Verzekering in July 2011. In this role, they were responsible for communicating with customers and suppliers, creating project documentation, planning and delivering projects on time, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Lucie worked on various projects including legislative changes, IT audit recommendations, Basel II reporting, data migration, and system integration. Lucie also worked on projects related to legal changes and system and contract template management. After working at KBC Bank & Verzekering for almost five years, Lucie joined ČSOB Leasing in April 2016 as an IT Project Manager. Here, they were involved in the implementation of legislative changes, GDPR, and IT security projects. Lucie also worked on projects involving the implementation of new software solutions and data quality improvement. Lucie joined Alza.cz a.s. as an IT Project Manager in August 2019, where they currently work.

Lucie Bienová attended the Prague University of Economics and Business from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained an Ing. degree in Accounting and Financial Management.
