Martin Křivánek

Martin Křivánek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Martin began their career as a Consultant, Auditor, Project, and Process Manager at DATA SOLUTIONS from September 2008 to December 2013. Following that, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Auditor at NeXA Consulting from June 2006 to August 2008.

From 2002 to 2003, Martin worked as a Consultant at the Agency for Natural Conservation and Landscape Protection. Martin then transitioned to the role of Scientist at the Silva Tarouca Research Institute for Landscape and Ornamental Gardening from January 2004 to June 2006.

Starting in September 2003, Martin engaged in postgraduate scientific work, obtaining a Ph.D. and RNDr. at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic until December 2007.

In 2014, Martin joined Internet Mall, a.s. as a TQM Manager, where they were responsible for quality management in the distribution center and operations management in logistics.

From 2015 to 2016, they held the positions of Customer Service Manager and Process Manager at Oresi s.r.o. In 2017, they became the Process and System Director at the same company until January 2019.

From February 2019 to September 2020, Martin served as the System and Process Manager at Crocodille ČR, spol. s r.o., overseeing various responsibilities such as system management in the manufacturing plant, process optimization, and logistics back office reorganization.

Currently, Martin is associated with Alza.cz a.s. as the Head of AlzaExpres, responsible for last-mile customer delivery and serving as the After Sales Services Operation Manager. In these roles, they handle a high volume of couriers, parcels, orders, and customers.

Martin Křivánek began their education journey in 1998 at Charles University in Prague. Martin pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology and successfully completed it in 2002. Building on this foundation, they continued their studies and obtained a Master's degree in Biology in 2004. Martin's passion for the subject led him to further specialize in the field, and they completed their Ph.D. in Biology in 2008.

In addition to their academic pursuits in Biology, Martin also acquired expertise in quality management. In 2006, they attended IRCA and received a certification as an IRCA EMS lead auditor, indicating their proficiency in assessing and managing environmental management systems.

Martin further expanded their knowledge in quality management by attending IRCA once again in 2007, where they earned a certification as an IRCA QMS lead auditor. This qualification signifies their expertise in auditing and managing quality management systems.

Throughout their education history, Martin's primary focus has been on Biology, culminating in the achievement of a Ph.D. However, their additional certifications in quality management highlight their commitment to acquiring a diverse skill set.
