Michal Prusenovský has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michal began their career as a Server/Barista at Historic Chattanooga Choo Choo, where they worked in different positions and trained new staff. Michal then joined Vodafone Czech Republic as a Corporate Retail Sales Representative, where they conducted mobile communications retail sales and provided technical support.

Afterwards, Michal worked as an Assistant of Business Director at Kooperativa and as a Sales Representative at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Michal then re-joined Vodafone as a Corporate Sales Representative, where they continued to handle mobile communications retail sales.

In 2011, Michal transitioned to the role of a Marketing Specialist at Vodafone, focusing on business-to-business (B2B) marketing for telecommunications services. Next, Michal joined Citron Hygiene as a Business Analyst, where they created and maintained a business process library for the entire organization. Michal also focused on business stabilization related to data quality and process gaps after implementing a customized Salesforce CRM.
