Ondřej Hanus has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ondřej began their career as a Warehouse Assistant at SIKO KOUPELNY & KUCHYNĚ in 2013 and later worked as a Purchase Assistant at AGROFERT, a.s. in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Quality Controller at Top Control s.r.o. and briefly worked as a Sales Assistant at Subway in 2016. Ondřej also worked as a Promoter for various companies from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Housekeeper at Grand View Lodge. Ondřej joined Alza.cz a.s. in 2019 and progressed within the company, starting as a Junior Marketing Specialist and eventually transitioning to roles such as Marketing Specialist, Marketing Campaign Manager, and currently, Strategic Marketing Specialist.

From 2008 to 2012, they attended the Obchodní akademie a jazyková škola s právem státní jazykové zkoušky v Písku, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.

From 2012 to 2016, they studied at the Ekonomická fakulta Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích, earning a Bachelor's degree (Bc.) in Obchodní podnikání (Business Administration).

From 2016 to 2018, they continued their studies at the same institution, Ekonomická fakulta Jihočeské univerzity v Českých Budějovicích, and received a Master's degree (Ing.) in Obchodní podnikání (Business Administration).

In terms of additional certifications, in August 2015, Ondřej Hanus obtained the Oxford Online Placement Test certification (B1 level) from the Britské centrum JU. In February 2017, they earned a certification from Linz Tourismus for a project involving the analysis of potential Czech clients and marketing communication proposals for Linz Airport. In April 2018, they obtained a certification from Jihočeská univerzita v Českých Budějovicích for a project analyzing competition among manufacturers and distributors of carbon films in Europe, conducted by Larx, s. r. o. Lastly, in October 2018, they received a certification from Google for completing the Google Digitální garáže course on the fundamentals of digital marketing.
