Roman Hrnčíř

Roman Hrnčíř has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Roman started their career as a Real Estate Agent at EVROPA realitní kancelář in 2009, where they focused on communication, negotiation, and handling documentation related to property sales and rentals. Roman then moved to Realitní kancelář STING - Pomáháme lidem ke spokojenému bydlení as a Key Account Manager in 2010, responsible for managing key clients in the corporate segment and handling sales and rental agreements. In the same year, they also worked as a Retail Sales Representative Senior at Vodafone, where they achieved a top 10 sales position within the company.

In 2012, Roman became a Retail Store Manager at Vodafone, taking direct responsibility for sales results and financial management at the Brno Masarykova branch. Roman developed the sales team, recruited and trained employees, and reported sales results to superiors. Roman also worked as a Deputy Store Manager at Vodafone, where they focused on team development and adherence to internal procedures and rules.

From 2016 to 2020, Roman worked at Air Bank as a Regional L&D Manager, responsible for regional learning and development initiatives. Roman then joined Alza.cz a.s. in 2020 as the National Sales Manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Austria. In this role, they were responsible for operational profit, sales planning and goal achievement, cost optimization, logistics management, and HR management.

Roman Hrnčíř attended Gymnázium Ludvíka Daňka Brno from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a general high school education. Roman then enrolled at Brno University of Technology from 2008 to 2009, although it is unclear if they completed a degree in Stavební inženýrství. From 2012 to 2016, Roman attended Nottingham Trent University where they earned a BA (Hons.) in Business Administration and Management. In 2016, they also obtained certification in recognizing counterfeit banknotes from Česká národní banka.
