Simon Kubu

Simon Kubu has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2008, they worked briefly at Bistro-Pizza-Caffe-Dalmacija. In 2011, they joined Vienna International Hotelmanagement AG as a waiter and later became a Chef de Rang. Then, in 2015, they joined Hotel Paris Prague as a Restaurant Supervisor, managing F&B operations and organizing events. In 2018, they worked as an Executive Operations at Kuoni Destination Management USA. Currently, they are an IT Administrator at Alza.cz a.s.

Simon Kubu attended Hospitality and Hotel Management School Bohemia in Chrudim from 2005 to 2008. Simon graduated from this institution. Simon'sfield of study during their time at the school was focused on Hospitality, Hotel Management, and Gastronomy.
