Zbyněk Čáp

Zbyněk Čáp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zbyněk began their career in 2017 at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. as a Learning and Development Support Coordinator, where they gained experience with learning management systems and supported e-learning courses. In 2019, they joined EY as an Intern in the Audit department.

In 2020, Zbyněk returned to UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. as an AnaCredit Reporting Junior Specialist, working on the ECB's project to collect granular credit data.

Zbyněk also has experience with leadership roles. Zbyněk served as President of SKOK from December 2019 to August 2020, leading the organization and overseeing its activities. Prior to that, they were a Chief Financial Officer, PR Team Leader, and Graphic Designer at SKOK.

Earlier in their career, Zbyněk interned as a Logistics intern at Lindt & Sprüngli in 2021, gaining experience in the field.

Most recently, Zbyněk joined Alza.cz a.s. in 2022 as a Vendor Partner Trainee, and quickly progressed to the role of Vendor Marketing Manager - junior.

Zbyněk Čáp has a solid education history with a focus on international business and trade. Zbyněk obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Prague University of Economics and Business, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Gymnázium Postupická from 2010 to 2016.
