Our specialized services include: - 11 Specialized Adult Day Care Centers, providing daily respite for both patients and caregivers; - Family Nurse Consultants, helping caregivers navigate the disease. Provided at no cost; - ID Locator Bracelets, allowing local law enforcement to quickly locate patients who wander away from home. Provided at no cost; - Case Managers, working with families to identify and access funding for services; - 24-Hour Crisis Line, connecting families in crisis to immediate assistance.
