Dr. Nahla Khaddage Boudiab

Dr. Nahla Khaddage Boudiab has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Nahla currently serves as the Chairman and General Manager at Oneness Offshore. Prior to this, they held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and COO - Deputy General Manager at AM BANK. Dr. Nahla has also worked as an Author, where they contributed their expertise in writing. Dr. Boudiab's professional journey includes being the Head of Women Empowerment for the banking sector in the Arab World at The Union of Arab Banks. Additionally, they worked as a Professor at the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business at AUB and as a Management Consultant at EY, where they successfully launched and delivered management consulting services.

Dr. Nahla Khaddage Boudiab holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Culture and Change Management from the University of Liverpool. Dr. Nahla also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Athabasca University Faculty of Business.
