Jim Koches

Jim Koches currently serves as Vice President of Operations at AM Conservation Group, Inc., a position held since June 2014. Prior experience includes various roles at KapStone Paper from November 2003 to May 2014, such as No. 1 Paper Machine Superintendent and Paper Mill Technical Supervisor. Jim also worked at MeadWestvaco in roles including ERP Production Operations Lead and No. 3 Paper Machine Process Engineer between 2000 and 2003. Earlier in career, Jim held the position of Finishing and Shipping Engineer at Westvaco in 1998. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel.
