Jim Gordon

Jim Gordon is responsible for overseeing program management and program services as well as all operating departments. He leads planning and goal-settingto support strategic objectives, and he works to communicate and implement the organization's direction. vision and mission. Prior to joining AM Conservation Group, Jim worked in various roles at an independent retail grocery chain. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management and a minor in computer information systems. When he's not at work, Jim loves sports, especially coaching his kids in baseball, tee ball, basketball, and soccer.
