Billy Jenkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, business development, and sales within the engineering and environmental services sector. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Commercial and Federal projects at A & M Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. since July 2022, Billy previously held the role of Business Development Manager at USA Environment, LP from December 2008 to June 2022. Earlier in the career, Billy worked as a Sales Manager at Allied Waste / Republic Waste from April 1983 to August 2007, specializing in landfill sales and waste disposal services. Billy holds a degree in Education and Business from Southwest Texas State University, earned between 1974 and 1980.
